Agreement to Terms
Welcome to GhestMote Technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile game development platform, trading analytics services, and related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. Definitions

All GhestMote Technologies products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions offered to you, including but not limited to our mobile game development tools, trading analytics platform, developer dashboard, APIs, and related websites.

Any individual, company, or entity that accesses or uses our Services, whether as a registered user, guest, developer, or content contributor.
"Content"
All information, text, graphics, images, videos, code, data, user submissions, and other materials that are uploaded, posted, transmitted, or displayed on or through our Services.
"Developer Tools"
Our suite of mobile game development resources, including SDKs, APIs, documentation, analytics tools, and testing platforms designed to help developers create and optimize mobile games.
"Trading Analytics"
Our data analysis and visualization tools that provide insights into market trends, trading patterns, and performance metrics for mobile game monetization strategies.
"User Account"
A registered account that allows you to access certain features and Services of GhestMote, including your developer dashboard, project management tools, and analytics data.
Use of Services
Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our Services, you must register for a User Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GhestMote immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You may not create an account if you are under 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only create an account with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:
- In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way

Service Availability

We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, or any loss of data or content resulting from such actions.
User-Generated Content
Our Services may allow you to submit, upload, or share content, including but not limited to game assets, code, data, feedback, comments, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant GhestMote a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with providing and improving our Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Technical Violations
- • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
- • Using automated tools to access or scrape the Services
- • Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services
Content Violations
- • Sharing illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- • Infringing on intellectual property rights
- • Distributing spam or unwanted communications
- • Creating false or misleading content
Account Violations
- • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
- • Using accounts for commercial purposes without authorization
- • Violating any API usage limits or terms
Legal Violations
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- • Violating privacy rights of other users
- • Engaging in activities that could harm minors
Consequences: Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
GhestMote's Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GhestMote Technologies and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
All software, algorithms, data models, analytics methodologies, and technical innovations used in our Services are proprietary to GhestMote Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License Grant to Users
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Services or their contents.
Any use of our Services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL GHOSTMOTE TECHNOLOGIES, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- • Any content obtained from the Services
- • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Maximum Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination and Governing Law
Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using our Services at any time. To terminate your account, please contact us at info@ghestmote.com or use the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
If we terminate or suspend your account, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and all provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Survival
The following provisions shall survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes through direct communication and good faith negotiations.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GhestMote Technologies and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
